London - Kyoto based Noriko Okaku has completed BA Fine art media at Chelsea College of Art and Design, MA Animation at Royal Collage of Art. Residing in the United Kingdom has made Noriko Okaku aware of the importance of initiating individuality and establishing mutual understanding of social diversity. ロンドンと京都を拠点に活動。Chelsea College of Art and Designにてファインアートメディア学士、Royal College of Artにて、アニメーション修士を取得。アニメーションを基軸にパフォーマンス、インスタレーション、日用品、VRなど異なる媒体を制約なく使用し、コラージュの手法を通じて異なる要素を組み合わせることで新たな視点を生み出しシュルレアリスム、神話、オカルトの風景にアプローチします。主な展示歴に「VOCA展2019」（東京上野の森美術館）、 「The Interpreter」 (英国、2015) など。オーバーハウゼン、オタワアニメーションフェスティバルなど、国際的なフィルムフェスティバルでの受賞歴、上映歴多数。
